Because our products are heavy-duty equipment delivered through freight logistics, returns and refunds are managed through a structured process that reflects transportation, allocation, and handling costs.

- Return Request Window: Timeframe in which a customer may request a return after delivery.
- 48-Hour Damage Reporting Window: Period after delivery during which visible transport damage must be reported.
- Order Confirmation: Stage where availability, delivery feasibility, and shipping costs are finalized.

- Reserved Unit: A unit allocated to an order and removed from available inventory.
3) Return Request Window (30 Days)
Return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible products. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Returns are reviewed based on:
- whether the unit was dispatched and received
- condition and specification accuracy
- proper reporting of delivery damage
- whether the unit was reserved or custom modified
4) Delivery Damage Reporting (48 Hours)
Visible delivery or transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damage reported after this period may not be eligible for investigation or remedy.
Damage reports must include:
- clear photos or video evidence
- written description of the issue
- order number and delivery address
5) Cancellations and Refunds Before Dispatch
A. Before Order Confirmation
Cancellations before order confirmation are generally eligible for a full refund.
B. After Order Confirmation, Before Dispatch
Refunds may be issued with reasonable deductions for costs already incurred, including:

Restocking and Handling Fees

- refusal of delivery without valid cause
- failure to accept scheduled delivery
10) How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible:
- card refunds to the original card
- bank transfers to the originating account
