In situations where a specific unit is temporarily unavailable, we may source an equivalent unit through established partner companies that meet our internal standards for condition, specification, and compliance.
Availability is always confirmed before dispatch, and customers are informed immediately if sourcing from a partner is required.
There are no automated shipments. Every unit is manually allocated.

Because trailers and heavy equipment vary significantly in size, weight, and delivery distance, shipping is not fixed-price.
Final delivery costs are calculated after order review and are confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

Refunds & Order Changes

- Orders are fully refundable before dispatch, subject to applicable administrative or processing costs
- Once a unit has been dispatched, freight and transportation costs are non-refundable
- Custom or reserved units are non-refundable once allocation has occurred, as they are removed from active inventory
